Roots and Pride is a movement created to celebrate the contributions, heritage and achievements of migrant communities across the UK. We believe every story deserves to be heard, every culture deserves to be honoured and every community deserves to feel seen, valued and connected.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that our differences are our strength. Through storytelling, education and community engagement, we inspire pride in who we are, where we come from and the powerful role migrants play in shaping modern Britain. From classrooms to community centres, from local partnerships to national celebrations, our mission is to uplift voices, build understanding and create spaces where unity, respect and belonging can flourish.

We are rooted in culture, powered by community and guided by a vision for a more inclusive, celebratory future, one where every heritage is recognised, every young person feels proud of their identity and every community feels empowered to rise together.
